WHD.global will take place again this year for the 10th year running. The world famous exhibition and conference for the hosting and cloud sector invites you to Germany from the 1st to the 3rd April for networking and to exchange experiences. Around 5,000 experts will meet up at a traditional but rather unusual location - the Europa-Park theme park in Rust bei Freiburg.
More than 120 exhibitors at the hosting.FAIR trade exhibition will be showcasing their latest products and solutions. Exhibitors will include numerous world-renowned software and hardware manufacturers such as Dell, Verisign, HP, Microsoft, OnApp, Parallels, Rausch Netzwerktechnik and the Business Initiative 'Luxembourg for Business'. This year for the first time exhibitors will focus strongly on redistributors and system houses who are looking to find new partners and products at WHD.global.
For the conference part there will be renowned experts from all over the world talking about their best practices and giving an exciting insight into the future of hosting. So for example, Raejeanne Skillern from Intel will give a presentation on 'Re-imagine the data centre', showing how data processing centres can meet even higher requirements by means of a completely new architecture. New business models in and around the Cloud will also be discussed, for example in the panel discussion "Profitable cloud solutions" by Dell on the 2nd April. On the subject of 'Enrichment Track' , the founders of PHP and Joomla! will present a lively overview of the exciting pioneer year of the Internet.
On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the WorldHostingDays series of events, a surprise awaits visitors. For example, the huge closing party on the 3rd April will present performances from three internationally acclaimed music acts: The Venga Boys, Magic Affair and Right Said Fred, who should get the entire hosting scene dancing on the evening of the party.
