The Digital Entertainment Provider Mondia Media underpins its leading global position in the content business with a strategic new staffing alignment.

Saurabh Vartikar has joined the group as the new Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. He will be responsible for all global sales activities as well as all group marketing initiatives. Saurabh previously worked at Lumata, where he was responsible for business development. He will report directly to CEO and shareholder Dr. Amadeo Rahmann and will be based in the Hamburg headquarters.
Mondia Media also appoints Nuno Umbelino as new Vice President Products & Innovations. His tasks will be to strategically develop new products and to provide clients with the latest innovations. Before joining Mondia Media, Nuno was the Global Product & Content Manager at TIMWE. He will also be based in Hamburg, reporting directly to COO Volker Glaeser.
It is not only the headquarters becoming more international. Mondia Media is appointing two new Managing Directors to drive growth in emerging markets. Rajiv Nayyar will further strengthen the company’s business development in Asia. His last position was with Telesoft Technologies UK, as regional vice president APAC operations. Adrian Janon will increase the business in Brazil while at the same time expanding operations across the region, with special focus on major regional markets like Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador. Before joining Mondia Media he was Director Latin America at Jesta Digital and Country General Manager at Zed Group.
