KAR-BOX, s.r.o. has become a member of DAHER Group (France)

Czech leading ISO container and container superstructures (shelters) producer - KAR-BOX, s.r.o. (located in Hořice) has become a member of DAHER Group (France). DAHER acquired KAR-BOX´s major business share in December 2006.

KAR-BOX has become member of independent international group - DAHER Group, which is leading producer of aluminium structure logistic shelters on European Market.

Thanks KAR-BOX´s aquisition, DAHER has enriched its business offer with production of 20-feet steel logistic containers and container superstructures (shelters) with various in-built equipment for military and civilian utilization (use). KAR-BOX, s.r.o. has almost 120 employers.

Thanks KAR-BOX´s aquisition, DAHER has empowered its status on European market in design, manufacturing and integration of logistic containers. It will help DAHER to achieve its aim - to become European leader in production of logistic shelters for military utilization.

Frech company DAHER is exclusively family firm, acting on market from 1863. DAHER has around 4.000 employers who work in 10 subsidiary firms. DAHER´s turnover will reach 430 mil. EUR in 2006.

KAR-BOX, s.r.o. is member of AOP (Asociace obranného průmyslu České republiky).
