JLF GROUP dokončila akvizici společnosti Vollert Anlagenbau

Praha 19. prosince 2025 (PROTEXT)

Skupina JLF GROUP bratrů Jana a Ladislava Falbrových dokončila akvizici divize Vollert Anlagenbau GmbH specializující se na těžkou intralogistiku a posuvné systémy a založila spolu s Hans-Jörg Vollertem novou společnost Vollert Heavy Duty Solutions GmbH. Vollert Heavy Duty Solutions GmbH tak navazuje na 100letou tradici německé rodinné firmy Vollert Anlagenbau GmbH a bude posílena o dodavatelskou kooperaci s PKD a.s., dceřinou společností JLF GROUP a.s., významným českým výrobcem ocelových konstrukcí.

Předchozí majitel a generální ředitel společnosti Vollert Anlagenbau GmbH Hans-Jörg Vollert bude řídit Vollert Heavy Duty Solutions GmbH jako minoritní akcionář a generální ředitel společnosti.
