Mr. Arnold brings to WorldPortover 25 years of industry experience in planning, design,construction and operations positions with companies such asEsprit Telecom, Telecential Communications, and British Telecom. Most recently, Mr. Arnold served as Director of Networks forEsprit Telecom, where he was based in London and responsible forall design, construction and operation of the Company's Europeanlong distance telephony networks. Prior to that position, heserved as Director of Networks for Telecential Communications,where he was responsible for design, construction and operationof the CATV and telephony networks within the United Kingdom. Healso held the title of Chief Operating Officer for BT Vision andspent over ten years in various positions with BT TelephonyOperations.
