Malcolm to the position of vice presidentof finance. Malcolm, 45, joins Visteon from Ford Investment EnterprisesCorp., where he served as chief financial officer for theorganization. Malcolm began his career with Ford Motor Company in 1977 andhas held a variety of financial posts, including controller ofvehicle operations for Ford Automotive Operations, manager ofplant operations and manufacturing cost analysis, manager ofsegment strategy and positions in sales, treasury, and investorrelations. He was instrumental in helping Ford establish avehicle line team process, an affordable business structure, anda cost leadership organization.
