Merger Discussion Toronto (PROTEXT) - KPMG International chief executive officerPaul Reilly said, "KPMG is obviously pleased with the decision ofKPMG Canada to call off its plans to merge with Arthur Andersen." Reilly said KPMG International "looks forward to working withKPMG Canada's leadership regarding how best to further integratethe Canadian firm into KPMG, as part of KPMG's continuedglobalization initiative."
