Motorola Signs Equipment Purchase Agreement with

Teradyne Boston (PROTEXT) - Teradyne announced today a three yearEquipment Purchase Agreement (EPA) with Motorola's SemiconductorProducts Sector (SPS) headquartered in Austin, Texas. Thisagreement covers all of Teradyne's Semiconductor Test Group'sproducts and services including the INTEGRA J750, J973, Catalystand J971 test systems and the Galileo handler from the KinetrixDivision. The EPA fully describes the commercial terms andconditions that apply to the purchase of Teradyne products andservices by Motorola SPS. Systems purchased under the EPA will beinstalled in Motorola SPS facilities worldwide.
