Merger Creates Powerhouse in Globalization Services

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. EquityGroup Corporate Investments of Chicago, a corporate investmentarm of Sam Zell, Cornerstone Equity Investors of New York andDakota Capital Partners will retain substantial minority holdingsin the new entity. By combining the industry sector expertise and broad-basedoperational management of both firms, InternationalCommunications expects to leverage its strength as a globalleader in the technology side of the language and localizationindustry. To meet the growing needs of major global clients, the companyis implementing an internal restructuring that includes theformation of Global Business Groups (GBGs).
