M-Files in KKCG

Prague April 21st (PROTEXT) - KKCG a.s. is a private international investment group, which operates in Central and Eastern Europe, and which has been (since 2015) intensively using the M-Files system - currently one of the best DMS/ECM systems for medium-sized and large-sized companies.

The M-Files system has been in full operation in KKCG for the last 12 months. At present, it completely covers the agenda of the legal and accounting departments and helps the users work efficiently with documents. The system supports key approval processes and thanks to its automation function (workflow) the current users appreciate having a faster and more efficient tool for the approval and decision-making process.

“The implementation of the system into the company environment was very fast, a full-scale analysis was completed within 2 weeks. The installation itself took approximately two months.
