Stebbins. As Vice President -- Corporate Relations, Touma is responsiblefor the direction and management of Lear's corporatecommunications, government relations, community relations andmarketing communications functions worldwide. She reports to LearVice Chairman James H. Vandenberghe. Saeli joined Lear in 1998 as Director of Mergers andAcquisitions prior to being appointed to his current position. Hepreviously was employed with The Oxford Investment Group inBloomfield Hills, Michigan since 1998, most recently serving as aVice President. Saeli earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics fromHamilton College in Clinton, New York and a Masters of BusinessAdministration in Finance and Accounting from Columbia Universityin New York, New York. He and his wife, Molly, reside inBirmingham, Michigan with their four children. Touma joined Lear in 1994 as Director -- CorporateCommunications. Prior to joining Lear, she served as policyadvisor to Michigan Governor John Engler on international tradeissues. She also served as a policy analyst on strategic andtheater nuclear defense issues at the U.S. Defense Department. Inthat capacity, she was a member of the U.S. Strategic ArmsControl Delegation in Geneva, Switzerland and served at the U.S.Mission to NATO in Brussels, Belgium. After taking a leave of absence in 1998 to campaign as theRepublican candidate to represent Michigan's 12th CongressionalDistrict, Touma returned to Lear early this year as Director --Corporate Relations. Touma is President of the Canada-U.S. Business Association(CUSBA) and Chair of the East Region for the Bush PresidentialCampaign in Michigan, serves on the Advisory Committee of theWomen's Economic Club and is a Board Member of the American ArabChamber of Commerce. She also serves on the National Associationof Manufacturers' Public Affairs Council, and is an active memberof the Economic Club of Detroit and the Women's AutomotiveAssociation International. Touma earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History andPolitical Science from Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michiganand a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from theJohns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studiesin Washington, D.C.
