Giorgio Seragnoli Increases Ducati Stake to 5%; Named Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors

In addition, Mr. Seragnoli, who has been a member of theBoard of Directors since October 1998, was named Vice-Chairman ofthe Ducati Board of Directors.
