FEI-Micrion Merger Receives FTC Clearance

Hillsboro, Oregon (ots-PRNewswire) - FEI Company (Nasdaq:FEIC) and Micrion Corporation (Nasdaq: MICN), leading suppliersof charged particle beam equipment for the worldwidesemiconductor and data storage industries, announced that theyreceived antitrust clearance for their proposed merger from theFederal Trade Commission (FTC).
