FEI Company Receives Second Multiple Unit Order From a

Leading U.S. Data / Storage and Semiconductor Manufacturer Hillsboro, Ore. (PROTEXT) - FEI Company (Nasdaq: FEIC) todayannounced receipt of a second multiple order obtained during thepast six months for its DualBeam systems from a leading U.S.manufacturer of data storage and semiconductor products. Thepresent order of $3.1 million combined with the previous ordertotals $8.6 million. The systems are scheduled for immediatedelivery and will be used for in-line process control anddevelopment in the manufacture of thin-film heads and othercomponents used in data storage products.
