Bob Egan, Vice President, Aftermarket Sales -- the Americas Bob Egan has been appointed vice president, Aftermarket Sales-- the Americas. Egan will be responsible for aftermarket salesin North and South America. Egan was vice president of distributor sales since 1992.Previously he was national sales manager, automotive aftermarket-- worldwide aftermarket operations. From 1980 to 1985, he servedas industrial sales manager for the worldwide marketing group.Egan joined Federal-Mogul in 1979 from the Chrysler Corporationwhere he previously spent twelve years in a number of sales andmarketing management positions. Steve Feeny, Vice President, Investor Relations Steve Feeny has been appointed vice president, InvestorRelations. Feeny will be responsible for relations the companyhas with the financial community and shareholders. Feeny was vice president, aftermarket, General Products.Previously he held the position of general manager, operations,General Products, a post he was appointed to in 1998. During his25-year career at Federal-Mogul, he has held positions ofincreasing responsibility in both manufacturing and aftermarketoperations. He has served as manager of engine parts marketing,controller of North American manufacturing operations, controllerof North American aftermarket operations, controller of nationalgrinding wheel division, financial analyst of North Americanoperations, manufacturing plant accounting supervisor, andmanufacturing plant labor relations representative. David Krohn, Senior Vice President, Brake, Chassis, Ignitionand Fuel Products David Krohn is appointed senior vice president, Brake,Chassis, Ignition and Fuel Products. Krohn will have globalresponsibilities for these product lines including operationalperformance and strategic direction. Krohn was vice president, Ignition Products -- Worldwide,Powertrain Systems. Previously he served as vice president,Heavy-Duty Operation -- Americas, Powertrain Systems. He joinedFederal-Mogul from the T&N organization where he was president ofAE Goetze's -- North Americas business. Krohn began his careerwith T&N in 1975, working with Gould and Clevite Industries asoperations manager, and as general manager, pistons and sleeveswith JP Industries. Bonnie Price, Vice President, Customer Service andDistribution Bonnie Price has been appointed vice president, CustomerService and Distribution. Price will have global responsibilitiesfor aftermarket logistics and distribution, and North America'scustomer service operations. Since 1997, Price has held the position of vice president,Investor Relations. She was investor relations manager since1994. Before being named to that position, Price served ascustomer service manager where she led the creation of thecompany's central automated customer service center. She has alsoheld positions in distribution management as both a servicecenter and regional manager, as well as two sales positions.Price joined Federal-Mogul in 1986 as a territory sales manager. Rick Streicher, Senior Vice President, Sealing Systems,Visibility and Systems Protection Products Rick Streicher has been appointed senior vice president,Sealing Systems, Visibility and Systems Protection Products.Streicher will have global responsibilities for these productlines including operational performance and strategic direction. Streicher was vice president, Sealing Systems. Previously heserved as vice president, Sealing Systems -- North America.Streicher joined Federal-Mogul from Fel-Pro, which he joined in1992 as vice president of operations and most recently served asexecutive vice president, technology and operations. Prior toFel-Pro, Streicher held senior management positions inmanufacturing operations at various companies including ITT andConsolidated Aluminum (U.S. subsidiary of Swiss Aluminum). Mike Verwilst, Senior Vice President, Powertrain Systems Mike Verwilst is appointed senior vice president, PowertrainSystems. Verwilst will have global responsibilities for thecompany's powertrain product lines including operationalperformance and strategic direction. Verwilst was vice president, Powertrain Systems -- Americas,since 1998. Previously, Verwilst served as vice president forFederal-Mogul's engine and transmission products, Americas.Before being named a vice president, since 1995 Verwilst servedas general manager -- engine and transmission products, Americas.Prior to this, since 1993 he was the director of sales andengineering, Powertrain Operations. He has also held positions asregional sales manager, industry sales manager, district salesmanager, and sales engineer at Federal-Mogul. He started with thecompany in 1977 as a customer service representative. Verwilstbegan his professional career at Rockwell International as aproject engineer.
