New York City Details: Lee Raymond, Chairman and CEO of Exxon MobilCorporation, and Lou Noto, Vice Chairman, will conduct a meetingfor the investment community starting at 9:00 a.m. Eastern
Time, December 15, 1999. The investors' meeting willbe
followed by a news conference at approximately 11:30a.m.
Reporters in attendance may view the investor
presentation and Q&A session live via closed circuitTV.
Reporters who do not attend the New York meeting in
person will be able to view the investors' meetingand
press conference live via the internet at
www.exxon.mobil.com. The news conference will not
include a repetition of the investor presentation.
Messrs. Raymond's and Noto's presentation to the
investment community will provide an overview of
ExxonMobil.
A buffet breakfast and registration for reporters
attending the press conference will begin at 8:00a.m.
Reporters interested in attending the conference in
person must pre-register by calling Exxon Mobil
Corporation in Irving Texas, at (USA) 972-444-1123.At
the meeting reporters will be required to present
identification showing they are an authorized
representative of a pre-registered news organization.
Reporters who intend to view the meeting via the
internet should register in advance, beginningDecember
6, on the ExxonMobil website so that arrangements canbe
