(PROTEXT) - CynterShow today announced thatit is partnering with the International Hotel & RestaurantAssociation (IH&RA) to produce EURHOTEC 2000, the Europeanhospitality technology exhibition and conference. CynterShow will manage and produce the educational conferenceheld in conjunction with EURHOTEC. Additionally, CynterPubs willpublish the show daily which updates attendees on company andproduct news and events at the show. Rada ČTK na svém zasedání projednala zřízení společnosti s r. o. Neris, která je ve stoprocentním vlastnictví České tiskové kanceláře.

Konstatovala, že vzhledem k podobné náplni činnosti společnosti a ČTK je nutné chápat kontrolní funkci Rady ČTK i vzhledem k této společnosti.

Rada proto žádá generálního ředitele ČTK a současně jednatele společnosti s r. o. Neris o pravidelné úplné informování o činnosti, hospodaření a strategii dalšího vývoje společnosti Neris, s r. o.
