Cymer Relocates and Expands Southeast Asian Field Office

(Nasdaq: CYMI), the world'sleading supplier of illumination sources essential for deepultraviolet (DUV) photolithography, today announced therelocation and expansion of its Taiwan field office, CymerSoutheast Asia Ltd., to provide enhanced support for its growingcustomer base in the region. Cymer reports that it currently hasan installed base of over 100 production-proven laser systems inSoutheast Asia.
