Montgomerie cruised to a PGAEuropean Tour record- tying sixth win of the season with his 3and 2 victory over Mark O'Meara at the Cisco World Match PlayChampionship at Wentworth, England. Graham fired a closing round65 for a four-stroke victory over Larry Mowry in the Raley's GoldRush at Serrano Country Club in El Dorado Hills, Calif. Playing excellent golf despite asevere toothache, Montgomerie opened up a 5-hole lead in theafternoon portion of the match and then closed-out his fellowcompetitor on the 34th hole.
