Bridge Names Snow as EVP and General Counsel

Mr. Snow joins BRIDGE after nineteen years in the legaldepartments of Salomon Brothers and its successor, Salomon SmithBarney, including nine years as a managing director and fouryears as head of the U.S. legal department of Salomon Brothers.He served as a member of the firm's Business Practices Committee,Credit Policy Committee, Screening Committee for underwritingcommitments and Management Committee for Latin America. Mr. Snow is the Chairman of the Fixed Income Committee of theNational Association of Securities Dealers, and a member of itsspecial committee on corporate bond price transparency. He haspreviously served as Chairman of the OTC Derivatives Committee ofthe Securities Industry Association, as a director and member ofthe Executive Committee of the Board of the International Swapsand Derivatives Association, as an alternate member of theDerivatives Policy Group, and as a member of the Committee onProfessional Responsibility of the Association of the Bar of theCity of New York. He has been a frequent speaker at conferencessponsored by the SIA, ISDA, the Bond Market Association and thePracticing Law Institute. He is Chairman of the Board of CorlearsSchool and Chairman Emeritus of the Battery Dance Company. Mr. Snow began his career with the law firm of Cleary,Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York. He is a graduate ofPrinceton University (with Highest Honors) and the Harvard LawSchool (with Honors).
