BKS ACQUIRES THREE CABLE TV COMPANIES IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC * Delivering Quality Cable Television, Internet and Telephony Services To Small / Midsize Cities

Prague 19 March (PROTEXT) - BKS Capital Partners (BKS), completed theacquisition of 3 Czech cable TV and Internet companies: Telto s.r.o., HBTVs.r.o, and Amos a.s.. BKS will continue to invest in these companies aswell as in future acquisitions in order to deliver high quality triple playservices (television, internet and telephony) in small and mid sized citiesin the Czech Republic. BKS is in exclusive negotiations to acquire afurther 50,000 subscribers to add to its network.

BKS expects to grow its network to more than 100.000 subscribers in CzechRepublic within the next 18 months both by purchasing existing companies,and by rolling out networks in towns that are not presently covered bycable TV networks. BKS focuses on secondary towns and cities (by size) inthe Czech Republic that have been underserved.

This strategy is supported by a strong management team of cable televisionand telecoms professionals in Nicolas Boissin, CEO of BKS Capital Partners,who restructured and led the sale of one of the largest cable TV companiesin Poland with more than 250.000 subscribers; Ivan Laska who is formervice-minister of the Czechoslovak Ministry of Transport and Communicationsand founder and former CEO of GTS Czech and Slovakia and Jan Dasovsky whofounded and runs Self Servis, a cable TV company based in South Moraviathat provides highest quality triple play services.
