Atos and Perot Systems Collaborate to Strengthen IT

Services to Clients Worldwide PARIS and DALLAS (PROTEXT) - Atos (ParisBourse) and PerotSystems Corporation (NYSE: PER) announce today that they havesigned a cooperation agreement in which the companies will workclosely together to provide multinational clients informationtechnology services on a global basis. Under the agreement, both companies look to expand theirgeographic presence by working together to cooperate in marketswhere the other has a stronger presence.
