Atlanta (PROTEXT) - AGCO Corporation (NYSE: AG), a majorworldwide designer, manufacturer and distributor of agriculturalequipment, today announced that it has made several appointmentsto enhance its global sales and marketing team. "These appointments bolster ourglobal sales and marketing strength and empower AGCO to morefully leverage our distribution advantages around the world." The appointments are as follows: Edward R. Swingle has been appointed to the new position ofSenior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for the Americasregion. Mr. Swingle was formerly Senior Vice President, WorldwideMarketing. Adri Verhagen has been appointed to the new position of SeniorVice President, Sales and Marketing for the regions of Europe,Africa and the Middle East, and East Asia/Pacific. Mr. Verhagenwas formerly Vice President, Sales for Europe, Africa and theMiddle East. Dean B. Barnard has been appointed Vice President, Sales forNorth America. Mr. Barnard was formerly Region Sales Manager ofthe South Plains region. Declan F. Hayden has been appointed Vice President, Sales forEurope, Africa and the Middle East. Mr. Hayden was formerlyDirector of Massey Ferguson Brand Marketing for North America. Jack G. Murdoch, formerly Vice President, Sales for NorthAmerica, has been appointed Vice President of Massey FergusonBrand Marketing for North America.
