Seattle, Washington (ots-PRNewswire) - WatchGuard
Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: WGRD), a provider of Internet
broadcast security solutions, today announced the initial public
offering of its common stock on the Nasdaq National Market under
the trading symbol WGRD.
The initial public offering price for the 3,500,000 shares in
common stock offered by the company is $13.00 per share. Six
selling stockholders have granted the underwriters an option to
purchase up to an additional 525,000 shares at the initial public
offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. WatchGuard will
not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of common stock by
the selling stockholders. The offering is made through an
underwriting group managed by Dain Rauscher Wessels, Warburg
Dillon Read LLC, SoundView Technology Group and Wit Capital
Corporation.
