BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. (ots-PRNewswire) - Harmon Industries, Inc.,
(Nasdaq: HRMN) announces it has completed the acquisition of
Syseca, Inc. A former affiliate of the Syseca group of companies
under the Information Technology Group of Thomson-CSF (Paris,
France), Syseca, Inc., is located in Marina del Rey, Calif. and
Carrollton, Texas.
Syseca, Inc., is one of the leaders in the design and
installation of operations control systems for the transportation
and energy markets. Its advanced systems are used by numerous
clients, including rapid transit authorities and governmental
institutions throughout the world, to meet their daily
operational challenges. Syseca, Inc.'s system capabilities for
heavy and light rail include:
-- Train Control/Centralized Traffic Control (CTC) and Train
Movement Planning
