It has developed a program that offers a 333 MHz Celeron based PC and 3 months free IP telephony calling from anywhere in the world to the U.S. and within the U.S. using a phone headset developed by Riparius Ventures. Access Power, Inc.'s (OTC Bulletin Board: ACCR) Net.Caller(TM) software utilizes Access Power, Inc.'s network. Each consumer will register using his or her e-mail address and agree to accept mail from Shopss.com.
