Motorola Signs Equipment Purchase Agreement with

Boston (PROTEXT) - Teradyne announced today a three year
Equipment Purchase Agreement (EPA) with Motorola's Semiconductor
Products Sector (SPS) headquartered in Austin, Texas. This
agreement covers all of Teradyne's Semiconductor Test Group's
products and services including the INTEGRA J750, J973, Catalyst
and J971 test systems and the Galileo handler from the Kinetrix
Division. The EPA fully describes the commercial terms and
conditions that apply to the purchase of Teradyne products and
services by Motorola SPS. Systems purchased under the EPA will be
installed in Motorola SPS facilities worldwide.
