alliance that will allow each company to offer clients a complete
spectrum of consulting, systems integration, call center, and
technical support services.
The strategic alliance will facilitate growth for both
companies by enabling them to retain their core business focus,
while offering expanded services. Perot Systems will gain access
to Sykes' AnswerTeam product, a powerful diagnostic and desktop
technical support tool, and Sykes' technical and call center
service capabilities. Perot Systems will embed Sykes' call
centers and fulfillment capabilities into integrated service
offerings that support Perot Systems' e-commerce and application
