Perot Systems and Sykes Announce a Strategic Alliance to Bring Enhanced Value To Clients

Dallas (PROTEXT) - Perot Systems Corporation (NYSE: PER) and Sykes Enterprises (Nasdaq: SYKE) announce a strategic technology alliance that will allow each company to offer clients a complete spectrum of consulting, systems integration, call center, and technical support services. The strategic alliance will facilitate growth for both companies by enabling them to retain their core business focus, while offering expanded services. Perot Systems will gain access to Sykes' AnswerTeam product, a powerful diagnostic and desktop technical support tool, and Sykes' technical and call center service capabilities.
