Hillsboro, Ore. (PROTEXT) - FEI Company (Nasdaq: FEIC) today
announced receipt of a second multiple order obtained during the
past six months for its DualBeam systems from a leading U.S.
manufacturer of data storage and semiconductor products. The

totals $8.6 million. The systems are scheduled for immediate
delivery and will be used for in-line process control and

indication of our continued success in transitioning our systems
from the laboratory environment into the manufacturing realm,"
said Vahe' Sarkissian, President and CEO of FEI. "We believe that
demand for our technologies and applications solutions will
continue to increase as device dimensions continue to be scaled
down," Sarkissian added.
