CrossWorlds Software Promotes Peter Prestele to Managing Director Europe Sales and Services / Former i2 Executive Appointed to Run European Operations

Burlingame, Calif. and Munich, Germany (PROTEXT) - CrossWorlds
Software, Inc. announced today that Peter Prestele has been named
Managing Director of Europe. Previously, Mr. Prestele had served
as Vice President of Sales, Germany, France and the Nordic
Region. In his new role, Mr. Prestele is responsible for sales,
pre-sales and client implementation services across Europe.
CrossWorlds' European headquarters are located in Munich,
Germany.
Prior to joining CrossWorlds Software, Mr. Prestele was a
Regional Director for i2 Technologies. In that role, Mr. Prestele
managed sales, pre- sales and alliances for i2 in Germany,
Austria and Switzerland.
Prior to working with i2, Mr. Prestele spent four years with
Intergraph Corporation as Sales Manager for Germany.
"Peter has extensive experience working with large European
enterprises, and has made a significant contribution to our
European organization since he joined CrossWorlds," said Kevin
Fitzgerald, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and

In his role, Mr. Prestele will report to Kevin Fitzgerald,
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Consulting.
