(OTC Bulletin Board: NNUP) today announced that the Board of Directors has begun the process of reviewing strategic alternatives to enhance stockholder value, including seeking an investment in the Company by a strategic partner, pursuing strategic alliances or the sale of all or part of the Company. In that connection, the Company announced that the annual meeting of shareholders would be deferred until late in the third quarter or early in the fourth quarter while the Board considers strategic alternatives. The Company also announced today that Mike McGovern has been promoted to the position of the Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. Mr. McGovern has previously served as Vice President-Sales for the Company. Jack Halperin, Chairman of the Board, will remain in that position and focus on strategic alternatives for the Company. In his new role as COO, Mr. McGovern will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and will oversee sales, marketing, and human resources.
